Sir,
Our urea process is MTC Total slurry recycle improved c process. In that we are producing prilled urea by crystallizing, melting and prilling out. We are using pneumatic duct for carrying the crystals to melter by using Id and fd fan via a air Heater for drying it.... We are always have choking in the pneumatic duct area, hence we take backend washing every time... Is there any solution to prevent duct choking?
