i would like to know , as per ASME B31.3, whether they states about the hydrotests that can be carried out in one spool. is there any limitations in hydrotest numbers that can be carried out.

As far as I know, per ASME B31.3 there is no specified number for the hydrotest to be carried out on one spool...
