Dear,
I need to know the force of a passage heater for a petrochemical industry, because when the environment get cold the line has paraffin problem. We need that the mixture of oil and water be at the end of the line with 50 °C, the line has 1000 meter distance from the point of the passage heater to the end of the line, the flow has 15 m³/d and the fluid will enter in the passage heater at 40°C. I need any kind of help. Thanks for readind this.

Without any further details and basic data, it seems like this is a typical transport line jacketing or heat tracing application. I have to do a lot presumptions (guessing) because of the lack of additional data, but if it were up to me and the situation could not tolerate a shutdown with an installation of steam jacketing on the transport line, then I would apply either steam tracing (as per the attached documentation) or electrical tracing followed by complete, adequate insulation on the kilometer of distance.
This is an expensive solution, any which way you decide to go, but before doing any of the options you should do a very detailed calculation for the required heat input on the transported fluid and an accurate calculation for the properly applied insulation AND vapor barrier on the pipeline. If you opt for the tracing solution, you can probably do it while the pipeline is in place and while it is in operation. You may not have to actually trace the complete kilometer length of pipeline, but you have to calculate the heat input required and the efficiency of your applied insulation.
The above may not be the correct answers or what you like, but our members and your response may give rise to more accurate and factual information and data that would lead to a reasonable and accepted solution.

Thanks a lot for the feedback, but the local that we are working can not support heat tracing occupation because is too far of the main station. So the passage heater that we are evaluating is a resistence and have to heat much high than 50 °C for lose along the line and be at the end of the line at 50 °C. We can considerate 90% oil and 10% water. The passage heater is equal to this one in the
