Coker fractionator top temperature is controlled by reflux liq that is send by the coker fractionator receiver. My question is how does increasing the over head temperature increases the cut point of naptha...And please also tell in detail what do we mean by the cut point and is there any book for petroleum refining and it's operation

Look for R.Watkins "Petroleum Refinery Distillation" and D.Jones "Elements of Petroleum Processing" among others. The IFP series Vol. 1 and 2 are also good.

Increasing the tower overhead temperature, means increasing the boiling point of liquid phase on the top tray. If boiling point increases, composition (both vapor and liquid) becomes heavier.
