I have a process to recover H2SO4 from spent acid dillute stream in any
industry, which is finally converted to Ammonium Sulphate efficiently
without much operating cost.
This Ammonium sulphate is anhydrous.
Now I am looking for either converting it back to conc. H2SO4 & recycle ammonia.
OR use it for further value addition.
Any suggestion is welcome

Hi, Pawan
It does not seem economical to recover sufuric acid and ammonia from anhydrous (NH4)2SO4 even if it is possible. Ammonium sulfate could be used as a fertilizer for plants but it tends to acidify the soils.
You'd better, instead, recover concentrated sulfuric acid from the spent acid recovery system. Probably, low-concentration sulfuric acid could be distilled in a glass-lined stills to get higher concentration acids.
