Is any equation between pressure and increase volume when we have water in vaccum tower

Hi,
Your query is not clear.
Do you mean, if you introduce a known quantity of water in a vacuum tower and you want to find out how much pressure would have raised in the tower?

For example one drop of water in vaccum tower how many time increase volume in 10 mmhg and how many time increase in 20 mmhg?

Temperature must be known too. Initial temperature of the water and temperature of the system under vacuum.

At those temperatures and pressures (10-20 mm Hg), PV=nRT will be a good tool to tell you volume or density of water vapor.
