As I know thermodynamics PV work with constant Volume their is no displacement, so without displacement no work done without work done no change in internal energy OK
~ Here comes my dought when there is no work done in above said situation where the amount of heat being supplied going. as we all know energy neither can be created nor destroyed
~if we say temperature is only being increased keeping both PV constant then their will be increase in ∆U Which leads to work done

It depends which process you are following.
Total Work done is PdV where P is function of Volume.
In isothermal process your internal energy will be zero(No change in temp.).All the heat you supplied will be used for the work done by the system.
In isochoric process(Keeping Volume constant),The process does no work, therefore again work is zero and the heat you supplied will raise the internal energy of system.
Internal energy and Work are two different things. If you increase the internal energy,it does not mean work is done.Internal energy increases/decreases with change in temperature while work is function of volume. Untill and unless there is no any change in volume, work will be zero.
