Kindly explain the following:
I have to prepare 1 liter solution of sodiumthiosulfate at a concentration of 0.3 M/L
How many grams of sodiumthiosulfate shall I add to one liter of water.
Please explain the calculation method also.

This is a fairly elementary question, so I am assuming you are very early in your chemistry studies. We on this forum generally prefer to help students find the answers to homework questions rather than giving answers. In the spirit of nudging in the right direction, before asking how many grams of sodium thiosulfate to add, I would ask back -- How many moles of sodium thiosulfate do you need to add to get 1 L at that concentration?

Thanks for your help. It is 0.3 M/L

Right, that is the concentration. So, to get a titrant solution with that concentration, how many moles of Na2S2O3 do you need to add to 1 L of water?

You need to find out the molecular weight of Na2S2O3 !
Good luck
