Hi, i am dosing 12.5 mg/l of chlorine (MW=70.91 g/mol) to the water . What is equivalent mass of sodium hypochlorite to be dosed (instead of chlorine). Hypochlorite delivered concentartion 13% ,SG 1.18, MW 74.44 g/mol.

Consider this handbook, you may find your answer.

should be: # 26 mg/l de NaOCL

In your Hypo solution you have 153.4 g/l of NaOCL or 2.06 Mol/l of Cl- or 1.03 Mol/l of Cl2 equivalent or 73 g/l equivalent of Cl2 thus 12.5/73*154.3#26 mg/l of NaOCL .
