I want to know the viscosity of the complex organic compound with temperature, particularly for the two i have attached the photo here. Approximation will do.

One of the most commonly recommended resources for this sort of thing is Poling, Prausnitz, and O'Connel's textbook The Properties of Gases and Liquids. This text discusses a few different methods for estimating liquid and gas phase viscosities.
