Is there any criteria for the distances between two expansion loops in one pipe line? and how can i decide if the pipe line needs one or more expansion loops?

Yes, there is. It depends on several parameters such as: maximum temperature, pipe material, linear thermal expansion factor of the pipe,...
You can refer to piping design handbook section of supporting the piping subject to movement due to thermal expansion...

Thanks a lot for responding - i working on the book now but the maximum temperature you mentioned is Operating or design?

Although in many cases it might to be conservative, the design temperature is normally to be used...
