Not much information to even guess what your problem may be. It only says that the error, when closing the loop in streams S4/S14/S2 and S24, is higher than the tolerance.

 

One common issue is that the flash tolerance is high when you have multiple units so when you come back to the tear stream you have a sum of  errors that is higher than the tear tolerance. Try setting the flash tolerance spec to a lower value.

 

But may be because of intermediate errors, unfeasible specs, that the convergence algorithm cannot solve this particular problem, that has slow convergence and you need more than 30 iterations, that you started far from a solution and you need to initialize,  etc, etc, etc...
