Dear sir,
How to remove dissolved oxygen in a organic solvents in a reactor ?
Solvents - Tetrahydrofuran 160 litres And Di iso propyl ethyl amine 900 litres, and one solid.
Reactor capacity - 3.6 Kl
We are giving nitrogen purging to that organic mixture with a flow rate of 20 LPH. How can i ensure that dissolved oxygen is removed. How to calculate the nitrogen dispersion.

Best to remove oxygen before it is placed into the reactor. Where you can control the contact with an inert stripping medium. Or vacuum.

Thank you... Suggest me any Simple process and calculation to know how much time with how much nitrogen pressure to maintain bubbling in the reactor?Best to remove oxygen before it is placed into the reactor. Where you can control the contact with an inert stripping medium. Or vacuum.
