I want to find out whether to consider a fermented mash as a binary or multicomponent feed to a beer column since it contains an amount of the solids

Since this is a student project and nothing will be built, using the binary mixture should be close enough.

And are there rules to follow to determine your reboiler and condenser temperature for your distillation column which wants 70% ethanol at the overhead
