Dear All,

I'm not sure if this falls within the student or professional section.

I am developing/standising a biochemical engineering module focusing on enzyme technologies in sustainable processing, in my role working with a professor that already teaches the course.

To start out, can anyone with industrial/research experience recommend some books they have found useful on the topic.

Any practices that you use in the industry that would like students to have learnt?

All thoughts are welcome by me (I'll do my best to convince the addition of any content).

Thanks in advance
