Say a furnace is has 8 burners which can be run either on gas, fuel oil, or dual mode. How will the percentage of excess oxygen in furnace be affected in following two cases:

a) 5 oil burners and 3 gas burners

B) 4 oil burners, 2 gas burners, and 2 dual burners

Hi Woland,

Even the last two burners shall select one mode or the other.

So if one of the two dual burners runs in oil mode and the last in gas mode, then the excess oxygen will remain unchanged.
