many of these web sites adopt the Nist Refprop formulations

for refrigerants Refprop includes MBWR, Bender etc. EOS models (depending from fluid),
there are clones (i.e. fortran or c++ conversion) as coolprop etc.
for pure fluids (and some predefined mixtures) these are probably the most accurate sources available,
Nist has a online page

of course there are other apps, I have Prode Properties, see prode.com, more reliable for phase equilibria, however for R11 the BWR model (in Prode) is a bit less accurate than Refprop,
other members here have simulators, I can't say how accurate are the different models for R11.
