Hi!

Can you help me do a design of slip stream of overhead sour water from accumulator for pH monitoring?

Initially, my design consist of a stream from SW pump discharge with pressurr regulator and RO to have constant flow to analyzer. The stream will go back at pump suction. I intentionally locate the analyzer at a higher point to avoid solid particles. I was also planning to put a mesh strainer.

I dont think this is the best design for the intent. I want to ensure that the pH analyzer will work and less maintenance is required.

Thanks for the help.

Thank you for your response. Also, please see detail of the drawing. I was also checking if Pressure regulator valve alone will suffice the requirement

Pressure - [ ] in kPag

Temperature - ( ) in deg C

Flow - < > in m3/h act
