Dear All,

 

I am designing double wall storage tank for butadiene storage of capacity around 5000 KL. Whether i need to consider cold flare or hot flare for vapor out. 

 

Already i am considered vapor compressor and reg system for vapor recovery.

 

Kindly suggest.

Hot Flare should be OK. As far as I know, the choice of Hot or Cold flare is based on the expected temperature of the fluid that can go to the flare header in case of a relief.
