Wind Enhancement Factor In Kumana Kothari Calculations

The spreadsheet and guide provides by Enrico Lammers are superb! But the doubt I have is on the original paper from Kumana and Kothari,
in this paper the Wind Enhancement Factor plot shows that the factors are lower when the delta-T increases, I find this surprising,
since the higher the temperature of the surface it seems intuitive to me that the highest the temperature on the surface the faster the
will flow to the air closer to the surface, so for a constant wind speed, the factor should increase as the difference in temperature
increases. What am I missing?

Cant find any spreadsheet and other attachments discussed in post.
I am using the spreadsheet supplied here for calculation for "Heat loss calculation in a vertical and horizontal tank and in a pipeline"

I always try to find answer based on available threads and other resources. This thread topic looked interesting to me for enhancing knowledge. However, documents were not able, that's why requested to post. Thanks for the links.
