RS,
We have to suppose both tank and truck are pressure vessel.
A moment after pumping the pressure in the truck will be 95 psig. No problem for pumping due to pressure equalizing in tank and truck.

hi
the transfer of LPG to the truck by pump: in this case the LPG is totlay liquid because the aspiration line of pump is connected to the bottom line of tank or sphere the total pressure is the vapour pressure + the pressure of LPG liquid.
i think there is no equalisation of pressure between truck and storage tank because in manu cases we transfer LPG without pump (pressure diffrence) and if we have equilibrium the pump is started.
