Have anyone tried to design cyclone separator in "chemcad" software. If anyone used, could you please help me to add particulates in the gas stream.

A thermodynamic simulator like ChemCAD probably cannnot handle a cyclone separator.  These are physical separators that depend on velocities, particle sizes and more.   Some simulators have unit operators for this, but you will need data the simulator cannot predict.

Thank you..  In CHEMCAD, we can give velocity and cyclone diameter to calculate efficiency. but the problem is that, I have to add feed stream (air and particulate matter) before the cyclone separator. To add the feed stream, I could able to find chemical components only, which are inbuilt already in software. There is no particulate matter in chemical components list. So, If you have ever used to design cyclone in CHEMCAD you can help me.

Thank you
