Hello All,

I am doing  project on simulation of Gas Turbine Compressor on HYSYS but I am unable to connect expander energy stream to compressor. I needed help to solve my problem.

if the simulator can solve separately the two units (compressor and expander)  there are not many reasons to create a link introducing the  efficiency (polytropic, mechanical etc.)  of the whole system,

for the case of a turbo compressor, don't forget that with wet gas / condensation (in expander) predicted values may be not accurate, see also this thread,

usually I set (some preliminary) values for efficiency in both compressor and turbine...
