In Refinery CCR, Packinox exchanger is used for max heat recovery.. What will be TEMA type of this exchanger ?

It has no TEMA designation.

I m getting low Ft factor and temp cross over in Packinox Exchanger in Steady state Hysys..
What could be the solution ?

I thought these exchangers are single pass counter-current.
