Hi,

At our plant, we have High-Pressure 42 bar Steam & Medium-Pressure 25 bar Steam lines. The steam traps on drip legs on these steam lines are connected to Low-Pressure 4 bar Steam line.

Why aren't they connected to our Pressurized condensate line instead? whats the logic? steam trap.jpg

Thanks

Look at the result of flashing the condensate to the header. This should answer your question. If we do it for you, you won't learn a lot.
