Hi, I wanted to design a mist eliminator to separate NaOH-water mist from Carbon monoxide. I would like to get best efficiency possible with very less pressure drop. I will be using the system at about 350 psi pressure and flow rate of 20 LPM. Before a mist eliminator tank i have a Sparging unit(Sparger size: 2micron pores, dia 10mm, Length 50mm; Tank size dia 100mm, Length 1000mm)

I have found few formulas on ACS-separation website kindly validate my calculations. I am looking forward for all types of suggestion and changes to my system.

You don't design mist eliminators. You give a duty spec to the manufacturer or their representative. Search my name on the web to find my site. There is some free stuff there you can use to check your work.
