Hi,

Our client is facing an issue in convergence of steady state model of refinery CCR. Stabilizer off gas is rerouted to inlet of stabilizer in off gas drum for better absorbtion. But this circuit is not working properly in steady state model in hysys. Client wanted to change reflux flow of stabilizer from 900 TPD to 1100 TPD. Whenever we do this, we are putting distillate rate anda reflux flow as spec. But column is not converging with this.please guide. Do we need to change bottom recirculation of reboiler too generate these many vapours only. How this happens in plant . generally they maintain reboiler temp with increased firing in plant.

You keep posting new topics about that CCR stabilizer, but as I already wrote earlier: without proper information you cannot expect proper advice.
