Hello.

 

I need to evaluate acetaldehyde and acetone concentration in Steam Cracker charge gas (100% vapor). What analytic method (or analytic standard) is appropriate to make such analysis?

I am checking the possibility of improve caustic wash operation and determine of the carbonyls concentration is one of my first steps.
