Hi friends, I am doing my project on Liquefaction of Gas using HYSYS. I am doing Mixed fluid Cascade process (statoil-linde) and Dual Mixed Refrigerant Process. I have given the feed composition, temperature, pressure and the flow rate. Can you please tell me what will be the pressure drop in the exchanger. If you have any idea about Statoil linde please let me know.

regards
Shanti

I will take a look to my books to help you , me I know the following process cycle:
1- cascade cycle using almost about 24 small compressors using three different fluids.
2 - Pritchard cycle
3- Lind cycle
4- Teal cycle
5- MR- C3 precooled cycle
and each cycle has a specific efficiency , you can see the difference betewwen the all by calculating delta H ( cooling curve and heating curve to know how much enrgy is used to liquefy natural gas and what is the delta T beteween the refrigerant and the NG (ideally 0.5C).
