Is it possible to incinerate BTEX stream (waste stream of TEG regenerator) in flare stack of plant. How to determine if ignition of this stream is possible in flare stack, keeping in view the higher water content. Composition is attached.

Is it possible to incinerate BTEX stream (waste stream of TEG regenerator) in flare stack of plant. How to determine if ignition of this stream is possible in flare stack, keeping in view the higher water content. Composition is attached.

Might I suggest strip out the volatiles to flare first, then send the remaining liquid waste to wastewater treatment plant. I think it would be a lot cheaper than incinerating the entire stream, if 50+% water is even incinerable in the first place...
