hello everyone,

Recently I have met with a problem about stripchart display in hysys dynamic simulation. During the running case, I can see the curve in the stripchart window. However, when the running stops, the time axis range was changed to full range(from zero time) through the graph control menu, only the last 100min there was curve(before this point is blank). please see the attached pic.

Please who have experience give some information how to make the stripchart display in the full range.

You can simply move the red triangle on the lower left corner (low time axis control) to the right to adjust the required view.

As you said, if the display is not the full range, we can use red triangles to adjust the range, but now the display is full range (0-265min).

The problem is that there is no curve in 0-160min range. I don't know why.

Hello imeagor,

 

One reason for this "There are no results for the period from 0-160 min" is that the parameters are added to the stripchart at the solving time of 160 min.

 

You can solve this by resetting the integrator time to zero then running the model again.

I am using dynamic simulation in aspen hysys, when I create strip chart it shows negative time axis even I bring the small yellow triangle on the right most side. can anyone please help with it.
