we will operate 12 '' gas-condensate pipeline about 80 KM it will transfer gas from raw gas wells to processing plant. is there any standards or recommendations for pig programs on this pipeline?

Looks like you need to enlist a consultant to answer your query. Surely someone already performed an analysis with Olga or similar software to size the slug catcher at the receiving point. Talk with them.
