Dear all

I have a concern relating to storing offspec LPG in the sphere. Normally, LPG from Distillation unit (CDU) will be sent to Gas plant for further treatment. In case of off-spec, LPG will be diverted to off-spec LPG sphere.

Currently, because of process optimization requirement, a part of this LPG will be contiuously sent to sphere. As design,   LPG from CDU can contain max 0.4% total sulfur (mentioned in MSD). Actual results just measured H2S with the range up to 150wtppm.

Our refinery worry if with the mentioned H2S content, sphere could be effected by corrosion/cracking or some thing like that.

Any standard has mentioned my concern? Any limitation for S/h2S in LPG during storing?

Thanks you very for your supports.
