Net Gas Scrubber is used at Isomerization unit to neutralize HCl in Off Gases  form Stabilizer with Caustic before leaving to Refinery Fuel Gas System. However, From Sometime as the Off gases flow slightly changes caustic starts to carryover in water section at the scrubber. It is understandable that the change in Off Gases Flow / Pressure  is carrying over the caustic, but this thing didnot happen since the commissioning of the the unit although the changes in flows are prominent during the emergency situations.

My advice would be to reduce the caustic circulation flowrate over the packing or trays in the scrubber.
