Dear friends,
I am going to select the laboratory bench top material. There are some materials to apply as bench top like ceramics and epoxy...
How about the granite? Is there any health hazard while applying granite as a bench top material. I have studied a paper which declares the granite to release radon.
Is there any standard?

Note that it's a Chemical laboratory.
