Do you think chemical engineer growth will be limited in paints industry compared to pharma

I think anyone can possibly excel in any industry.

Its the person, not the industry.

Hi,

It all depends on you . Just be aware that Pharma is  a very much controlled industry , every step should be documented , approved before implementation .Probably good for you to learn about GMP and part related to design .

Check for process validation using your favorite search engine.

Limited in what way?  What is your criteria?  I think Pharma pays better than a Paint company.  I think Pharma is more technically challenging.  I think one will have more freedom to operate in Paint.  What is important to you?
