Hello,

Has anyone ever modelled fats/lipids of municipal organic waste in ASPEN plus. I know this varies a lot from the source but is there a chemical formula that averagely is close to reality? I have used oleic acid as a component for the lipids but not sure if this is the right thing to do.

Thanks

What do you mean by "averagely is close to reality" and what do you want to accomplish? No simulation will ever be able to completely reflect reality. It's just a model that can be used to determine physical/chemical parameters.
