Hello everyone, i' m searching some information for the dynamic simulation in Aspen HYSYS, i've tried to do a basic heat exchanger simulation with a simple mass flow change , but in the results the max temperature of the hot flow go under the coldest temperature of the cold flow. how does it's possible??

Probably it is caused by wrong or incorrect input (incorrect heat balance calculation, for example).. Hysys just calculate based on user input. Usually it will give some warnings if there is temperature cross in the HE.
