hello , 

 

1- In order to estimate the cement clinker output transported in chain conveyor , i didn't found much information , the only formula given use the amperage as unknown in a parabolic equation ( (a^2)*i + b*i +d ) ( but no information given only constants ) .

so if there exist any relation or technique to do those kind of calculations, please help me .

 

2- To calculate the clinker output inside the kiln grate cooler , I've found an equation that multiply the grate chamber pressure with the grate velocity : 

Clinker output = P° * V / 18 ( 18 is the problem ?????) 

so if there are any  relation between pressure and output or with those parameters and the ionizing radiation ( rate of counts / second )  or any other factors that leads to the determination of clinker output please share with me your valuable information .
