Dear members

 

I know that HTRI uses proprietary method called stream analysis for heat exchanger calculations. This is recognized as the best in the industry. 

 

I want to know what is the difference between the capabilities of HTRI and HEXTRAN? How much more accurate is HTRI over HEXTRAN? And what is the underlying method which HEXTRAN uses? Is it the Bell Delaware method? 

 

I couldn't find a good HTRI vs HEXTRAN writeup upon searching on Google.
