Compressed gas o2 is supplied to reactor through pipe line ,PSV pops when ever the reactor trips or ROV is closed, To avoid this vent pipe provision is suggested.

Process cond: 1: flow 17 MT/hr,Pr  :26 bar, temp :40 deg C, Line size 150 NB

                        2: Flow 6 mt/hr.Pr 16 bar,temp 40 Deg C , Line size 100 NB

 o2 gas impingement velocity is critical for design of vent .Please suggest ,any sample HYSYS
