Dear all,

I would like to ask you the difference between the system and compressor curve in terms of the equation, which describe them.

The system curve is described by Bernulli equation.

The compressor curve is described by the euler equation. But, I could not find the euler equation for the compressor. Ony the euler equation for the pump.

Could you please provide me any information about the euler equation, which describes the head for the compressor?

Kind regards,

Panos

The Bernoulli equation is derived from the Euler equation. But we use more practical means when designing or analyzing compressor systems.

Hi Breizh! I am so grateful you have given me some nice stuff about rotating equipment. I am so happy that when I say the head of the compressor does not depend on the density, I am able to show it with an equation. I will read the article you gave me to learn some more!
