Good luck. There are blending programs that predict both. But they are based on knock engine tests. So, it's a lot of data fitting for blend relations of components. Of course, the final certification is via knock engine tests.

Hi Napo.
As already stated by Bobby, it can't exist a generalized correlation between RON and MON.
If you restrict the field to (almost) constant qualities of the blended streams (eg if you only consider reformate and isomerate in various quantities) you could create your own correlation, having some starting data from the lab.
About 20 years ago, I made some work around the Twu and Coon papers based on the above principles.
One of the papers is herewith attached. I don't think it will be difficult to find others on the web.
