How do i design a separator in hysys when my gas mixture does not generates any condensates ?

Idk. A guess, maybe in certain times of the year (winter?) or climate, it is needed?

Than you need to add that liquid (expected) into inlet stream and generate D/S of separator.

I agree with Latexman.
You can do the following
1) Assume 5 wt% (of the total gas flowrate) as liquid. The properties of the liquid can be assumed the same as the liquid of the nearest upstream separator.
2) You can provide tracing to the piping, so that the process temperature is never less than the dew point, hence condensation is not possible.
