I want to simulate Plate and Fin Heat Exchanger in DWSIM, where one hot fluid is simultaneously exchanging heat with two cold fluids. But, since that is not available in the palette of Heat exchangers, how do I go forward in this regard? Posting any useful links is appreciated.

I use DWSIM.  Here are two Suggestions. 1) Simulate the system as two exchangers in series. The hot stream exchanges heat with the warmer stream then with the colder stream.  2) Split the hot stream in two parts and exchange heat with each cold stream.  By varying the flow (split) of the hot stream you can vary the outlet temperature so the cold streams as desired.
