I have a gas stream with a source pressure of 18 barg. This gas stream flows through a header to a separator. My question is that I am using a control valve upstream of the separator to maintain 18 barg pressure on the header. Is it possible to maintain more than 18 barg on the header if the source pressure is 18 barg? Thanks.

So, what do you think? And why?
