hi,

any change in the composition of material due to internal leaks ? Is it atmospheric or vacuum distillation?...

Too little information to support .

A better description of your process including operation conditions and may be sketch are needed .

Good luck

Hi ,

OK vacuum distillation , what else ? I did not pay attention to your initial memo, sorry about that.

type of vacuum pump ? Can you share any pressure profiles/temperature profiles

at Normal condition vs upset  (top & bottom)?

how do you manage the heat on your column/ reactor?

how do you control the boiling point in the sink ?

how do you control the pressure top column /condensor?

How long does it take to have a drop of temperature ?

What operators are doing in such case ?

how far is the end result  compared to normal operation in term of quality?

BTW : no change in the recipe ? same raw mat , same quantity ?

Submit a PID or PFD for our members to comment .

Without document nothing will happen.

Good luck

Breizh
