Can you be a little more specific about your requirement?

a general response:

You need to follow the statutory requirement of the country where the sphere/bullet will be installed.

For smaller volumes use bullet and larger volumes use sphere. There are countries where the mounded bullet is mandatory for safety reasons and there you do not have any options. The requirements will be specified in the local standards.

Gas storage is provided only for small volumes. So, what are you storing?

The design of either one, Sphere or Bullet, is covered by 'the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Section Viii Division !.
