We have chlorination process plant and we have to transport it from tonner to plant. As of process side they provided height of 10 m to dry chlorine piping. What is the reason of that ?? one of it's reason is to avoid back pressure may be..any other idea that why it has height of 10 m.

A sketch of the source tonner, the piping in question and some downstream details will help in answering your question. There can be many reasons for any particular design.

Normally from chlorine tonner process plant height is about 25 m..but chlorine line has excess 10 m head near process area and then go to consumption source..we have 2 different process areas and for both facilities same 10 m excess height given into line..pls suggest why it is there..i have may be two ideas in mind 1) to avoid back pressure 2) to get moisture free chlorine at consumption side
