I need help as i had a system as viscosity =0.8 cP, flow = 5 m3/hr,
Density = 1000 kg/m3, line length = 1000 m,.dia = 40 mm, material of line = ss316l
What will be pressure drop in pipe ?
As i used various source, software and hand calculation. I got 2-3 barg answer please help.

Buy software from Katmar! We're not here to do your bidding.

Sounds like, "paralysis by analysis" and/or "fear of failure" to me.
Be decisive. Several sources say dP = 2-3 bar. An Engineer would chose the conservative value, probably 3 bar, document that source and value, and, then, move on to the next task.
Don't worry, be happy!

My answer is almost same as that of Breizh i.e. 3.3 bar.
The line length is kilometer so there will be pressure drop across it. You should look at the press drop/100m while carrying out line sizing. Check your company/project guidelines

What schedule is your DN40 pipe? Readily available schedules for DN40 316L SS are 5S, 10S, 40S, and 80S. None have exactly a 40 mm ID. Or, is it custom made? If so, what is the ID?
What roughness did you assume and use?

My Calculation is similar with above, 3.399 bar.
Below online excel shows all details and you can edit on it.

Running this through Korf, with the supplied data, results are reported at 357 kPa. So, agreement with this result.
